Many sellers & practitioners who
sell, dispense or use this product give out & have given out the WRONG
or INCOMPLETE information on the use of MAP/SON Formula. This product
can be taken with food BUT NOT with other protein or with any protein
supplement!!! Eat carbohydrates & fats BUT NOT protein.
Why? Because MAP is available to the body for tissue synthesis within 23
minutes, digestion of other protein would focus on its metabolism
instead of on the production of new body cells through MAP. The effect
of MAP would be completely lost. MAP is not supplemental protein but a
substitute for protein at the time of ingestion.
MAP can be used 2 hours after taking other protein and 2 hours before
taking other protein.
BODY BUILDING:
Take 2 - 10 (or more) tabs daily or every other day IN PLACE of Dietary
Protein (meat, fish, poultry, dairy) for one meal or in place of any
other Protein Supplement (never mix either with MAP).
Take TWICE the amount of MAP on workout days 25 minutes before your
chosen activity. A brief warm-up helps, then start. Always start at your
MAX and work down.
Example: if yesterday you lifted 200 lbs, today you start with 210 lbs
and work down from there. As the weight gets lower, your repetitions can
increase.
The secret is not number of repetitions but intensity of workout. To
start at your max, you have to tense the whole body for the maximum
effort. You do the same as you go lower and increase repetitions. This
is intensity.
More than 60 - 70 mins. workout is a waste because testosterone has
peaked within this time period.
MAP/SON Formula manifests its effects by harder, stronger muscles, as
opposed to bigger, scarier-looking muscles (due to fluid retention).
Remember to hydrate.
For NUTRITION or WEIGHT CONTROL the principal is the same: substitute
MAP/SON Formula for dietary protein and use no other protein at the same
time. Add exercise to gain strength or to burn calories.
AND Remember to hydrate.
NUTRITION
* Take 5 tablets of MAP/SON Formula per day, BUT do some form of
exercise at least once daily, increasing the length of exercise time
over 6 weeks, after which you can adjust your dose. (see, subsequent
pages)
WALK at a rate that brings your pulse up 10%. This will keep your
metabolism normal.
Underweight?: Take 8 tabs of MAP/SON Formula per day plus fruit &
exercise; for slower development take 4 tabs per day plus fruit &
exercise.
* For the enfeebled, standing from a sitting position with pauses for
breath and sitting down again can be repeated 5 times twice daily for
exercise. Repeat 10 times the following week, 15 times the week after,
followed by 20 times to a max. of 25 times.
* For pulmonary exercise, sitting down, raise the arms straight up above
the head, then down to a straight line at the shoulders, then down to
you lap. Repeat as above.
WEIGHT CONTROL
* MAP /SON Formula for Weight Control means substituting ONE of your
main meals with MAP, FRUIT & VEGETABLES in prescribed amounts. A main
meal is a large meal.
* 10 grams of MAP/SON Formula provides the same nutritional value as 350
grams of fish, meat or poultry.
* You cannot overdose on protein with MAP/SON Formula.
* Map provides maximum safe nutrition; you lose weight by exercising.
* When using MAP, the mandatory exercise you do makes you lose inches.
